Cancer Fundraiser "Lids for Liam"

Each and every one of us is hit by cancer in one way or another. Recently, the Bridgewater State College Athletics community has been affected. BSC Women's Basketball Head Coach Bridget Casey's son, Liam, has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing treatment.

In hopes of helping Liam as he goes through his battle, as well as other children who are experiencing similar treatments, BEAR TRACKS, in cooperation with the BSC Athletics Department, has put together a Hat Drive.

All hats will be donated to children who are fighting a disease that may leave them feeling uncomfortable about the way they look during their treatment. With that in mind, we ask that the hats be new and kid-friendly - something that children will enjoy wearing.

We thank you for all donations you will make, and any individual who donates a new, children's hat will receive FREE ADMISSION to a Bridgewater State basketball game. Also, for any slice of pizza purchased, one dollar will be donated to purchase lids for children.
