On Sunday, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m. the Safety and Security Council and Residence Hall Association sponsored the, "Know Hall Sports" program. The event was held in the new Crimson Hall multi-purpose room. Students were able to watch the Patriots defeat the Cowboys, 48-27, on the big screen while eating chicken wings, potato skins, and mini pizzas. Students were also able to play games such as Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots, mini air-hockey, and mini basketball.

Residence Hall Association set up a hole-in-one mini golf game where students who won were entered into a raffle to win prizes. A raffle ticket was drawn at the end of each quarter of the game. Crimson RA Kara Barry was really excited about the prize she won. "I love my prize, especially my Patriots t-shirt. It's nice to win something that you can use more than once," Barry said.

During the event people were asked if they would like to see more events like this. Many people requested a Red Sox game, setting up the room with a Fenway Park theme and Fenway food. RHA President, Joshua Maus, said, "We would like to appeal to the needs and wants of the students and RHA is always open to program suggestions." Any students that would like to suggest a program for the residence halls can send their ideas to RHA@bridgew.edu.
